Dennis C. Gilbert

Dennis Gilbert formally joined Ocean Embassy in late 2007 although he has been acting in an advisory capacity for the Company since late 2005. As COO for Ocean Embassy, Dennis contributes his vast experience in theme park management providing the critical melding of innovative concepts into operational feasibility and profitability. Dennis also contributes to the Company’s ability to organize and turn opportunity into reality. He is involved in all aspects of the Company from management to corporate leadership and business relations.

Dennis has spent his career in the theme park and attraction business. Involved in all aspects of operations, retail and food for a number of theme parks since 1967, he has held positions of increasing management responsibility of various senior management posts. These include Vice Presidential positions with three Anheuser Busch Adventure Parks; Executive Vice President and General Manager of SeaWorld Cleveland; Chief Operating Officer for Malibu/Mountasia Family Entertainment Parks, operating over 50 Entertainment Centers in North America; and Vice President and General Manager for Stone Mountain Park, in Atlanta, GA.

Mr. Gilbert has been involved with the planning and opening of over a dozen theme parks and Family Entertainment Centers during his career. He founded and served as President of JAK Leisure Company, providing operational consulting services for theme parks/water parks/attractions in the start up and planning phase, turn around phase, as well as, evaluation services for ongoing operations. JAK provides safety, maintenance and operational inspections for all rides/attractions for theme park/water park clients. In addition to his theme park business involvement, Mr. Gilbert is Chairman of the Board and majority stockholder for Gilberts of Atlanta, a restaurant company operating as a “Wendy’s” franchisee.
